I could not able to run the bot. please help me. The bot agent is connected as it is howing the green tick in the below, only the issue is whenever i am trying to run the bot it is showing ‘user not logged into the machine’. Please help asap. I need to test the bot.

have recently update the machine password ? or have you try to enter the password and run the bot ?

open cmd and run whoami command then copy the output to the username . for password make sure that you are making password to your device and set it into the password field
