Can't use username in Korean characters.

I use the Korean username information retrieved from whoami in the Username field under Device Credentials.

This used to work fine, but now changes are not being applied when the username contains Korean characters.

Changing the username itself is difficult due to certain constraints. Is there any workaround or alternative solution to resolve this issue?
