Unable to Access Control Room Updated

I'm facing the attached error (UM1110 – Incorrect Username or Password) when trying to log in to the Control Room using the credentials provided as part of the AI Automation Engineer Certification course.

I'm using the correct Control Room URL provided in the course:

https://aa-community.cloud.automationanywhere.digital/

I also tried using the Forgot Password option, but I haven't received any password reset email.

Could you please help me resolve this issue so I can continue with the course?
