Hello everyone,I'm new to AA so I apologize for the silly questionI’m doing my first lessons on how to build a bot.I managed to copy/create the Excel table from the link but when I open it it appears like this, as in the image below, and not as the example shows.Can someone help me?Thanks in advance.Excel Image​​​​

Office 365 packages OneDrive

I'm having trouble using the Office 365 packages of OneDrive because it's necessary to use shared files and folders from SharePoint and other users. However, it's not always possible to know the link of a file because when it's copied from one folder to another, the link changes. I tried passing the folder path and synchronizing the shortcut in the user account where the bot will be executed, but the path isn't found. Any ideas on how to discover the link or use the path of shared folders?

Email Trigger Technical Pre requisites

Hi Experts, We are trying to use email trigger activity by connecting to Outlook and we are in .26 version. But it is not triggering the bot whereas file triggers are working fine. Are there any pre requisites needed like IMAP config for email trigger to work?

MFA/ 2 Factor Authentication

We have existing solutions in an application that is going to implement 2nd factor/ MFA in the very near future.  Our concern is that our inventory of bots will become inoperable if they cannot log into the application.  Is there any option/ability for the unattended botworker to resolve the additional layer of security? Has anyone had any luck in coming up with a workaround?  Thanks

Error using SOAP request

Hello. I’m trying to use the SOAP web services with a URL.Using a external software like “SOAP UI”, works fine. But when i try to use action in Automation360 to connect to the same url. The following error happens. I’m testing with a bot that only do this. No authentication is needed.I tryed with http and https. I even changed the urls that ar ein the contract (http → https and https → http) Automation360 logs show this:com.automationanywhere.botcommand.soap.parser.WSDLParser  - parseWSDL(WSDLParser.java:141) - No param element found in expected location:{} java.lang.NullPointerException: null But i can’t find what is wrong because contract works fine in SOAP UI. Appreciate your support!Alejandro

Problem to download document attached in email using Action Email Connect

Hello everyone.The idea for this bot is make the connection to the email using the action Email Connect and then download the document attached for the unread email for determinate emails address.But, I have a error in the line 3.Can, please help me to find a solution for this problem:Currently I did the connection to my email. Until the line 2, work fine, the connection is successfulbut in the line 3 I received the error with the following message “The provided connection details are invalid”somebody have idea, what more I need to do or change in my configurationThanks.

Fetch IQ BOT Used and Avaliable Page Count in Control Room

I want to get the information about licenses specifically related to IQ BOT. I want to know the pages count used and available from the total available count of IQ BOT Pages. I am using the /v2/license API to get this details but unfortunately the response information is not as expected. Do we have any method to get this information. Also @Automation Anywhere, can we look into this API response for valid information? Refer the screenshot attached.API Response with Used Count as 0, also affecting the available count. This is not the case as the pages are processed regularly.

Hi,I’m capturing a data table from a website and storing it in an Excel file. I want to repeat the process everyday and, if there’s changes in the data table, make those changes in the Excel file as well. If there are no changes then I store the new Excel file as “no changes”. Highest value in excel column

Hi,I am trying to get the highest value from an excel column. I know the following options existApply filter and sort in descending order and get the first value. but this would mean I need to convert the content in to a proper Table with a Table name to use the sort package. Execute the sorting using a macro.Both the above are not possible in this case because, I will get this excel in a mail, and would like to automate from there upon downloading. So, I cant convert it to a Table with Table name in excel or have a macro in it without manually working on it, which I would like to avoid.Is there a way to get it done from within Automation anywhere itself? Regards,Bala

SAP Double Click Action

I have captured an element from SAP using GUI script Record and Playback which is not capturable using capture action.session.findById("wnd[1]/usr/shellcont/shell").doubleClickItem "00000007", "HITLIST"In SAP Double Click action we don't have an option to use "00000007" or index , only have the option Field Path.Is it possible to include "00000007" in fieldpath along with "wnd[1]/usr/shellcount/shell"Any help would be highly appreciatedThank you.
