Need help stopping agents

I have a few processes running, as in the attached screenshot. I need help stopping them so that I can deploy a new run. 
 

I’ve stopped the bot agent service and re-established the connection but the run is still continuing. There are a few local executions to be done. so the bot agent does need to run locally in between. But since I can’t stop the agent, I am unable to deploy a new run.
