Course-provided credentials do not work for Community Edition tools (UM1110)

Hi, I’m taking the Automation Anywhere course AI Engineer and was given credentials to access the tools. When I use those credentials on the Community Edition login page, I get: “Either your username or your password is incorrect” (code UM1110).

Could you help me restore access?
