process not running

It doesn't let me cancel this process, can you help me? I already checked all the ways it can be canceled or sent to history, and it won't let me.

​@alejandro.u you can try to restart the Automation Anywhere Bot Agent service, from the Windows Services.

    Hi, I already canceled it from Windows, but the process doesn't update from the AWS cloud and it keeps running.
