      If I remember correctly, that would be the ‘Customer Onboarding’ project. It’s quite simple and straightforward, but it provides a great perspective on how automation is used in business.

      In 2018, I began my journey by developing a rule-based bot in v11 to scrape email attachments and log them in Excel, saving 2 hours daily and teaching me strict error handling. Evolving from rule-based automation to Generative AI solutions has been a fascinating journey
