Unable to play videos on university

Hi, I’m unable to watch any videos on university. I tried watching in Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome - it doesn’t play in any of these. I cleared cookies and allowed third party cookies, but it doesn’t help. Would you be able to help what else I can do to watch the videos? Thank you

Website is not loading - Sign Ups for Certification

I am trying to sign up for the Advanced Certification. The website just shows a loading circle graphic when I click on the “Certify for $5” button. It has been like this for me for over a week. I’ve tried different browsers and different computers.

Employee Data Migration Challenge

I downloaded the legacy app for the Developer Challenge: Employee Data Migration training. When I open the app the format does not allow me to see and enter the Employee number field (see first screenshot below), which is required to complete the exercise. Excel Macro for application

Hi Team, I am using Run macro to run a excel macro which interacts with external application. Some times due to unexpected issues getting an popup in Excel either to debug or End which causing Bot to struck at Run Macro command untill we manually click on End. Please help to handle this in the code

Good morning, We have been advised from our head IT dpt. about this vulnerability in our AA360 on premises. Checking Posts and article found this Workaround: For environments that cannot be upgraded to A360.33 on-prem immediately, recommendation is to block incoming HTTP / HTTPS request to the Control Room server for the below Endpoint As our version is Bot agent version 21.240 Automation 360 build 17542 We should go to http://<crurl>/v1/proxy/test https://<crurl>/v1/proxy/test Sorry, but where to go to disconect it or how to update to version A360.33 Thks & B. Subscription Issue

I’ve been trying for the past few days to enter the Citizen Developer Practitioner (Subscription): Citizen Developer Practitioner Training | Automation Anywhere University and Advanced BOT Developer (Subscription): Advanced Bot Developer Training | Automation Anywhere University, both of which require a Learning Subscription Activation Code, which I have. I cannot find where to enter this code to access either learning trail. I feel like I looked everywhere. I sent 2 emails to Support, I called the support line and left a voicemail (nobody was available). I’m pretty frustrated at this point so if anyone at all can help, id would be very much appreciated.

Difference between dates command is not avaliable in enterprise

I want to calculate the bot's runtime. Send the time duration to the business team. Let's say I started the bot at 9:00 a.m. and ended it at 11:00 a.m. The duration is 120 minutes. While the "Difference between dates" command is available in the community, it does not exist in the enterprise. I checked enterprice 20.11. Is there a reason.Is there another way to get around that problem?

Could not Connect to Database. Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed.

Good afternoon, I am trying to get connected with an XLS and XLSX file via Ole DB provider 12.0 and 16.0, from A360 I am using these connection strings for each test Provider=Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0;Data Source=E:\EDI_Backup_mails\AMR_BKP_PATHS.xlsx;Extended Properties=Excel 12.0 Xml;HDR=YES; or Provider=Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0;Data Source=E:\EDI_Backup_mails\AMR_BKP_PATHS.xls;Extended Properties=Excel 8.0;HDR=YES; And getting the error mentioned, While, if I do it via a *.udl file input the same parameters and test it I have no problems and the connection is ok, but not via task…, Have I to check any other parameter ? Thks

Chrome plug-in issue

I get below error in chrome. The required chrome plugin (Automation 360 v3.2.0.1) is installed on the machine. Please help to resolve the issue. Also, we are not able to refresh the plug-in (disable and enable) as it is disabled to us due to organization policy. Please see below screenshot. Please do let me know any alternate way to refresh the plug-in.

Automation Anywhere Email not verified login error

Hello community , I am facing following error while trying to do setup of AutomationAnywhere ‘Your email address is not verified Please check your email and click on the verify link. If you have not received an email, please contact your administrator. Code: UM1100’ I had already set the password 2 days ago and now when I try to do setup so getting this error,I also tried doing complete setup starting from signup , but still facing this issue.Can anyone suggest me some solution to this issue.

https link to be activated for Control room access & user authentication to be integrated for SSO

Hello We are presently having Automation Anywhere 360 installed hosted on-prem and user authentication is currently set to use the Control Centre database. W access the Control Centre Page using HTTP We have 2 requirements: Instead of using http for accessing the Control center page and pages under the site, we need to use https link. can we have a step-wise details for it We need to Integrate the user management with O365 i.e. SSO instead of using the Control Centre local users. What will be the impact of the existing jobs execution, scheduled jobs etc. Will we need a dedicated user id on O365 for Automation Anywhere runner & Automation Anywhere Admin id. " Failed to connect to Elasticsearch server" after upgrading from v29 -> v32

Hi, After upgrading my CR on-premise server the home dashboard is playing the message that can’t connect to Elasticsearch server, everything is working fine - just the dashboard is not working. The information available at \ProgramData\AA\Logs\ is informing that “999/1000” shard are open. “ 17T14:22:49.070+00:00","audit_format_version":4,"audit_request_remote_address":"127.0.0.1","audit_request_privilege":"indices:admin/auto_create","audit_node_host_address":"127.0.0.1","audit_request_effective_user":"es_client","audit_trace_indices":["metric_logs_20240401"],"audit_node_host_name":"localhost"} due toorg.opensearch.common.ValidationException: Validation Failed: 1: this action would add [10] total shards, but this cluster currently has [999]/[1000] maximum shards open;” Any suggestion is appreciated.
