Unable to Download file 'fullemployeedata.xlsx' From topic Getting Started Using Repetition with Selection Under citizen developer training

I am actually enrolled to a course of Citizen developer Start Phase  

Im on the lesson ‘Getting Started Using Repetition with Selection’

However im not able to download the file 'fullemployeedata.xlsx'

It gives an error on next window tab as
