Different Document compared to learning PDF

Hi I actually checked this pdf document that is orient Insurance, 

But however the document shown in online learning video is different when compared to the one which we have downloaded through the link.

 

The below is the attached online video lectures pdf vs the one which i have attached pdf (which does not has address and few details missing)

​@Christopher Joseph It appears your TEMP directory is pointing to somewhere it can’t write files to. Consider making a temp folder somewhere like c:\temp.

​@Christopher Joseph The problem isn’t the document, it’s that -- according to the error message -- no filename was specified. The document you attached is different from the document in the video due to some data that was real, even though this was supposed to be a test document.
