Error message

A very good day to Automation community
Currently im at the Automation Challenge: Customer Onboarding Solution
and i keep getting error message as

There was a problem at line 18
This may be due to the following reason:

Key 'Non-Disclosure On File' not found in record.

Location: Customer Onboarding (line 18)
To continue, edit the bot and fix the error. Then, try again.

Even though everything seems fine, 
I followed the exact same method from video, but getting this above error, 
Can u please check from your end, if its the same issue,
really looking forward to growing with you,
