Payment Issue

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to purchase the Advanced Automation Certification - 2024 exam. On the checkout page, the payment section shows “Name on card”, but the card number input field is not appearing.

I have already tried the following:

  • Used different browsers (Chrome, Safari)

  • Cleared cache

  • Tried incognito/private mode

But the card number, expiry date, and CVV fields are still missing, so I cannot proceed with the payment.

Has anyone faced this issue before or knows how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@arjun.meda do we have any updates? I also have a deadline of 19/03


@arjun.meda any updates? I am facing the same issue. I keep finding resolved issues in this platform but the problem isn’t really fixed, instead we get the same “we are currently working on a solution” response with no estimated deadline and that is apparently enough to mark it as resolved. Please, this is affecting many of us.
