Unable to connect the device to the PROD CR for the attended Users

A couple of users from the  team are experiencing issues connecting to the Control Room on their laptops. We attempted to install the latest version of the Bot Agent, but the Control Room still prompts them to install the agent.

 

Please advice !

@Nirupama G P Ensure they have the Automation Anywhere extension in their browser and that the extension is enabled. You can also try disabling then enabling the extension.

You can also verify that the Bot Agent is installed by looking in the Settings > Apps > Installed Apps within Windows itself. Look for “Automation Anywhere Bot Agent”. If it’s there, the Bot Agent is installed.

it worked after we reached out to the help to delete the app files. Thanks!
