I need to create an automation anywhere bot to read bounced emails and extract the original mail subject and recipient from the email body. But the ------------ Forwarded email---------- section is not captured in the email body What can I do to sort this? The process I used is mentioned below but the forwarded message section was not displayed in the message Connect Email action - using imap Loop action - Read email - assigned to a dictionary variable Message action - display message was set to $EmailDetails{emailMessage}$

Hi! When filtering multiple times for each keyword in a spreadsheet, is it better to use the Excel Advanced package or a dictionary? I first used the dictionary package, but it seems impractical with over 100 keywords. Any suggestions for a better approach?
We have OKTA / SSO configured. And works well. I’m trying to log in as another enabled internal Automation Anywhere service account user. Is it possible to log in without SSO? Bypass SSO and provide username and password for an internal account? Or is there a way to generate an API Key for that service account user without logging in as them? I’m trying to set up and account strictly for API access to Queues, WorkItems, etc… And don’t want it tied to a Developer or Admin account.

Good morning, I have a problem with one of the bots I created. The thing is that this bot only runs through Email Trigger. However, one of the processes it does is delete a file, but it cannot delete it because it requests administrator privileges and reports an error. When I run it manually from the Control Room with administrator privileges, it works correctly. How can I make the Trigger run with administrator privileges? I appreciate the support provided.

My bots have not been running for the past 2 weeks and the top scheduled bot keeps running and not finishing. I am still new to Automation Anywhere. Please advise as users are impatient now. I have restarted the BOT runners servers and the control room server but still problem persists. I even stopped the running bot and the next one also hangs and keeps running. I restarted all the BOT services that are set to automatic but still no change.
Hallo zusammen, ich bin aktuell Neueinsteiger im Bereich RPA und arbeite im Rahmen meines Studiums an meinem ersten Prozess mit Automation Anywhere. Die Einführungsvideos und Dokumentationen habe ich bereits durchgearbeitet, aber bei der praktischen Umsetzung stoße ich noch auf einige Schwierigkeiten. Mein Ziel: Ich möchte Daten aus Rechnungen im PDF-Format automatisch extrahieren und anschließend in eine Excel-Tabelle überführen. Dabei bin ich mir unsicher, welche Methoden sich am besten eignen (z. B. Regex, Document Understanding, OCR) und wie ich den Workflow optimal aufbaue. Meine Fragen: Hat jemand Erfahrung mit einem ähnlichen Prozess und könnte mir mit einer kurzen Erklärung oder einem Meeting weiterhelfen?
