I've successfully created Stored procedure in sql database, and they return the correct results. However, when attempting to run them in Automation Anywhere, the results are not as expected. Is there a specific way or syntax for using SQL in Automation Anywhere? If so, could you please provide a snippet to help me understand? Thank you in advance.

Currently I am using wait delays to let the element load, but is there a way for Automation Anywhere to wait for an element to appear? I have an existing community edition account. If I login by clicking the Automation Anywhere icon on my laptop, I received error message: “Error occurred while performing requested operation”. The dashboard is blank. There is no automation bots I have created are found. Usual side menu options are missing. Though the device status is displays as Green and Connected. Bot Agent version is 22.20. Community Edition build 21072. But when logged in through control room url it works. So is it due to cloud platform?

Hello, We have cloned 3 servers (on premise) to another 3 with different IPs (in the same network).The goal is to migrate to the latest version of A360 without impacting our bots that are running 24x7.We have changed the URL in the CR but we are unable to access the CR from the cloned server, getting a bad gateway error.Now, from cloned server we can access to CR in the original server, but no to CR in the cloned server.Should we stop the original servers to avoid conflicts?Is what we are trying to do possible? Could you tell us how we should proceed? Thank you.

Hello, does anyone else experience saving a file from chrome using A360 with the ‘Save As’ popup where you can specify the file path and file name of the file, but the file does not save with the file name set before pressing the save button? The file downloaded still retained the original name from the website and was not renamed, but when manually saving a file without using the bot the file name will be renamed to the intended file name.
Is there any way to view more detail in comparing old files to new files without reverting? If I want to see what the domx pathing of something was on a recorder line or which email it connected to I can’t see that. E.g. Line says Recorder: Capture Select item by text on combobox in window $browser-1$Okay great. Which line is it choosing? Which domx path? Which combo box?

Hi all.I want to devise a mechanism that will allow users to fill up an interactive form. The bot is created by myself, and after the form is filled up and submitted by the remote user, there are some other steps the bot carries out. Optimally, the end user will run something that will bring up the form on their desktop. They will then fill up the fields and submit the form. That is all their work. The next steps are automated by the bot (bot takes in values, processes them, saves them in Google Sheets and carries out other operations - no human interaction required for these steps).I therefore am wondering if there’s any way for me to only make the form visible to the end user as all they have to do is bring up the form and submit the form.

Hi, I am able to use capture recorder in SFDC, but I am getting incorrect output using “Get Property”. Is there any issue with SFDC? If the approval status is pending, Outcome should be “PendingRecalledRejectedApproved” as shown in screenshot If approval status is approved, we should see “Stage completePendingStage completeRecalledStage completeRejectedApproved” But here some times the output swaps. For pending it gives us the approved output and for approved, it gives us pending output. Below are the example of what I am talking about. This output should have been for approved quotes This output should have been for Pending quotes Can someone suggest, what can be done in this case?
I am unable to delete in progress Bots in community edition.I uploaded few invoices to process in created leaning instance but those requests did not process and are in Bot queue for processing but not getting processed.I am unable to delete device but not allowing.Also I restarted or tried to stop Bot agent and uninstalled Bot agent but did not help.Kindly help in deleting in progress requests from control room so that I can delete the device and add again.
