Good morning,

I have a problem with one of the bots I created. The thing is that this bot only runs through Email Trigger. However, one of the processes it does is delete a file, but it cannot delete it because it requests administrator privileges and reports an error. When I run it manually from the Control Room with administrator privileges, it works correctly. How can I make the Trigger run with administrator privileges?

I appreciate the support provided.

Have you installed the Bot agent as admin?

If your SLA allows for it, have you considered running the automation on a schedule rather than a trigger? That might give you more flexibility in what you need done. Additionally, it frees up a bot runner license from having to monitor the email box continuously. Just a thought.

Hello, good day,

@Kiran M6495  I uninstalled the bot agent and reinstalled it with administrator privileges. However, when I resend the trigger, it won't let me delete a folder. When I log in to the server and manually delete the folder, it prompts me for administrator privileges.

@Aaron.Gleason  The schedule isn't an issue; however, the business area requires it to run on demand, so we opted for an email trigger.

What configuration do I need?

@Jesus 1800 can you please elaborate more what's the main issue your facing right now? And if any screenshot of the error will help us to debug more into it.
