We have OKTA / SSO configured. And works well. I’m trying to log in as another enabled internal Automation Anywhere service account user. Is it possible to log in without SSO? Bypass SSO and provide username and password for an internal account?

Or is there a way to generate an API Key for that service account user without logging in as them? I’m trying to set up and account strictly for API access to Queues, WorkItems, etc… And don’t want it tied to a Developer or Admin account.

I ran into this with a customer a year or so back, and we looked at different ways to exclude either the PC or the particular user (obviously difficult to do as that is the point of SSO). I don’t recall the exact configuration we ended up with, but I believe we excluded the user in Okta under Security>>Authentication Policies, and then had to set him up with a local VM where he could log in as that user.

I was hoping there was something like a URL Parameter that would bypass it.  Along the lines of something like “?sso_bypass=true”.
