Bot runs in local, fails when checked in

Hi everyone, I have developed a bot with sub robots (Task Bot: Run). When I try to run it in local, it works as expected.When I check it in (publish), and try to run it, nothing happens. I have to get the audit logs to read the error message : We couldn't get the bot dependencies. Open the bot and check the bot dependencies. Then try again. How can I solve that ? I have tried to re-import and re-publish all the dependencies, change the package versions and nothing can solve the problem.Note that until now it used to be working without a problem I forgot to add : the title of the step that fails is named “Run bot pre processing failed”

Hostname connection error

When I try to install the bot agent it sends me this pop-up window, it installs the extension but I don't move forward from this window, I would like to know if this has happened to anyone.Additionally, the linked user was on another server, he unlinked and entered this new server to link it to this new one. if extra configurations should be made in hostname or somewhere else.

Updating Bot Agent Version for Child Task Debugging

Has anyone begun debugging child task bots yet? If so, how did your team update the bot agents to the necessary version? All our machines are stuck using bot agent 22.60.0 (required version is 22.60.23). I’m on the development side (not a control room admin), so I don’t really understand how the agent update process works. Is this an automatic update pushed to A360 customers, or do our admins need to proactively do something to upgrade to agent version? I am still using message boxes in child tasks to try and figure out what’s breaking in my bots. Cannot wait for the new debugger!

Credential validation works in development but not in production

Hello,I have a bot that uses both the SAP Bapi connect and SAP connect (for gui automation) actions. They have been working fine in testing for the past few months, but last week they started throwing errors saying “Unable to connect to the SAP server. Please verify the connection details and try again”. The weird thing is is that this error only occurs when I run the bot in the development environment. I have a version in production (referencing the same credential vault) and both sap connect actions work fine there.Does anyone have any idea as to what might cause an issue like this?Thank you

DATC : Week 3 | Standard Form Output

How can I avoid downloading untrained tables as output when using Standard Forms? In the tutorial, we see 12 files being downloaded however, we only need one file with the wage, retirement_plan, and federal_tax tables.

Hi everyone,I’m Emmanuel Katto from Dubai, facing an issue with a bot that’s stuck in the "In Progress" activity. I attempted to reset the bot runner device through the API, but I'm unable to authenticate my credentials and keep getting an "Access is Denied" message when I try to authenticate using Postman.I’ve attached a screenshot for reference. Callback URL required for v2/schedule API?

I am trying to switch over to use the new v2/schedule/automations endpoint to schedule bots since we’ve learned v1 is deprecated now…Is the part in the sample request body referencing a callback service actually required now?? I’m hoping not, because we’ve never set that up. But if it is required, that would explain why I can’t get anything to go through… been tinkering with the request body and keep getting a 400 error with message that just says “Invalid request parameters”has anyone else managed to get this working without a callback and maybe have some advice on translating the old version’s request body to the new one? (in terms of a field/fields you may have found that didn’t map to the new request body format as expected)

Excel error

Hello AA and all pathfinder community. We are currently facing some issues regarding the excel package. Both excel advanced and basic aren’t working and showing the following error:An unexpected error happened. Unexpected eval class (org.apache.poi.ss.formula.eval.MissingArgEval) Enter in contact with your sistem’s administrator. (This was translated from ptbr. The original one is: Ocorreu um erro inesperado. Unexpected eval class (org.apache.poi.ss.formula.eval.MissingArgEval) Entre em contato com o administrador do sistema.)There is also an error that makes the excel white. I will also leave here some prints. Issue with Automation Anywhere Plugin - Error : TYPE_01568

I am experiencing issues while running a reconciliation task on invoices on my finance application. I use Firefox as the browser because it provides better compatibility with the finance site we work on. What we’ve observed is that every 30 to 40 minutes during the reconciliation task on the website, memory usage increases by several percentage , eventually causing Automation Anywhere's plugin to crash with Error Code: TYPE_01568. Interestingly, when performing other tasks on the same site—such as adding invoice lines—the memory consumption remains stable, and there are no crashes, even if the process takes up to 2 hours. We need assistance in resolving this issue permanently.Over the last 2 weeks, I have reinstalled the plugin atleast 7 times. reinstalled the browser , changed firefox to ESR version and tried different machines. This same behavior was observed.

User is already running a bot on device

I attempted to run a bot, but it remained inactive for an extended period, so I decided to click on Cancel.After that, I tried running it again, but I received the following message:User: (user_id) is already running a bot on device: (device_id)I also tried deleting the device, but encountered this message:Cannot delete device, as it is part of an active bot deployment.To resolve the issue, I have attempted the following actions without success:Restarted the "Automation Anywhere Bot Agent" service. Tried to reset the "Automation Anywhere Bot Agent" service, but the service did not appear. Uninstalled and reinstalled the agent. Uninstalled the agent and cleaned the AA folders in the user profile. Restarted the computer. Left the computer shut down (clean shutdown with no sleep or hibernation) overnight.Despite these efforts, the issue remains unresolved.Thank you for your assistance.Best regards.
