I am running an sap report that exports to an excel spreadsheet. I want to use save workbook action but it wants a session name. How do I create a session without opening a workbook I don't need?

All I want to do is save the newly created workbook but I get the error "cant find open session" without opening an already existing workbook. If I do that, then AA wants to save that workbook instead of the exported one when I put in the save workbook action. What am I doing wrong?

Excel as database issue

Hi All,I have installed Microsoft access database engine 2016 (64 bit) and I have Excel 2019 version. Still facing connection issue like. ‘Could not Connect to Database. Error number: 80004005 Failure creating file.’ If I uncheck the ‘Use ODBC 64-bit driver for connection’ then error is changing to this - ‘Could not Connect to Database. Provider cannot be found. Fails on Outlook

We have a script that has been running forever, it opens an email account and reads through unread. Grabs Keywords to run certain subroutines that are different task. The bot currently keeps failing to find the email account located on outlook. I’ve tested this a few different ways and it can find and read the email via other bots but something within this loop/connection keeps having a failover occur. Please advise as I can’t get the bot to find the email account, I’ve tried relinking the account, as well as rewriting the base elements of the connection and loop parameters.

Process data is not being transmitted to Insight, what can cause the issues?

Process data is not being transmitted to Insight. The process runs successfully, but no datapoints are generated. This happens often, with a frequency of even 50/50. There is no trust in the Insight reports at all.I have bot what runs 2 times per day in production environment and of course scheduled way.Data comes in insight okey, but common matter is missing data points in one day in insight. It cannot be license or system update related because i can see some data.Some bots have correct data like in months but some bots have big problem get relevant data in insight reports. We cannot trust insight reports at this moment. So we are using also log to file same variables to get relevant run reports.Are there any known issues what can cause data missing/corruption. Like special characters etc?facts: code lines goes to end 100%. I have log to file step after analyze close and I can see txt file relevant data. so code goes over analyze close step.code has only 1 analyze start and 1 analyze

Unable to send the email - Able to create email session, but unable to send

I am trying to send an email but I am facing this error: “There was an error in sending the email messages. Please check you connection details provided and try again.” But here, I am able to connect the email (No error at command “Connect”), all the authentication parameters are valid.Can anyone guide me in this case. Cannot install the bot agent in windows

The installer cannot locate the msi file in the download folder during the installation, but the file is saved and opened from that folder, very strange technical issue, hope some experts can advise a solution, thanks.

Deploy automations using Auto Trigger

I have developed a bot which would be triggered when an email is received to a specific email inbox. Have developed this bot and checked in the code in public to test this automation in UAT.Under Mange → Event trigger i have added a trigger for this Task bot and its automatic deployment is in enabled state. Yet when i send email to that mail id my automation is not getting auto triggered.What should i do in this case ? My expectation is the bot should be triggered when an email is received to its mail box.Am i missing out any other settings ? How should i make this configurations to deploy a bot with auto trigger ?

Connection Problem in google cloud(Gen AI)

When i try to connect a Task Bot to Vertex AI i got this error:This may be due to the following reason:An unexpected error occurred. com/google/api/client/json/jackson2/JacksonFactory Please contact system administrator. Generative AI: Connect (This action is where the error occurs) asks me for:User email address, Client ID, Client secret and Redirect uri, i’m pretty sure that i setup those correctly and i think my problem is probably in Google cloud config somewhere.same as i try to connect service account it shows an error

Microsoft Excel Advanced package - Open Excel Issue

Hi Everyone,I am facing issue in open excel command in Excel advanced package. The bot opens the excel file and then it doesn't goes to the next step and it throws an error stating that “ An unknown error occurred while executing the open excel command”. Tried Office 365 reinstallation and excel repair . Also tried downgrade and upgrade packages in A360 taskbot,nothing works. Can anyone able to help me on this issue?

A360 locking up device when trying to create Learning Instance with Document Automation

Wondering if anyone here has experienced this issue when trying to create a learning instance with Document Automation. I hold the Co-pilot license and when I try to create a learning instance, my A360 completely locks up my device and I receive the error that my device is already in use. We struggle to stop the in progress activity so I can reconnect my device. I also work on a VDI and my entire VDI will crash as well.  Our team would like to implement the Document Automation, if anyone has any tips, they would be great! Thanks!

Language Translation and Text Utility Bot is failing

I have taken one bot "Language Translation and Text Utility" from AA Bot Store to translate the language to English. Bot makes API call to translate the language. Since yesterday it is failing in production with error "503 Service Unavailable. The server is temporary unavailable to serve the request forURL https://api.eu-gb.language-translator.watson.cloud.ibm.com/instances/433cc667-cc0a-47d6-b146-38a36a7b958a/v3/identify?version=2018-05-01".Any help in fixing this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Infinite pending execution problem. What can I do?

Hello, i have trouble with infinite pending execution. I already tried to restart the service via services.msc without the result. Also im unable to delete device. I also tried to reinstall bot agent and clearing everything it had in Automation Anywhere folder. but it casuses another problem with additional device to be registered. Has anyone else got this problem and solved it?  Im looking forward for any of the solution to solve this problem because im unable to do any other stuff on automation.

OneDrive can't merge files

I am curious if anyone has seen this issue before. Working with a customer that is processing hundreds of Excel files for daily rate changes. The files are all in OneDrive, which is exposed to the bot account under C:\Users\BotAccount\CompanyName\etc.\etc. The bot is receiving an error pop-up about 30% of the time when closing and saving the excel file. The error states OneDrive was unable to merge the changes to the file, and gives you two options to resolve the file conflict: Open in Office and Merge Changes or Keep Both Files.The bot is using Excel Advanced actions. I have added a pretty long delay between processing of different items, but that does not seem to affect it any; the percentage of failures is about the same. So I am curious before I start down a OneDrive rabbit hole if anyone has ever seen something similar.

Recorder actions are not working with chrome browser after the browser version upgraded to latest version

Hello Team,In January, automations stopped working when chrome version was updated.
