Excel Advanced Create Workbook fails to create spreadsheet

I’m trying to create an workbook in A360, but it fails to create with the following error pop-up. I’ve pre-installed Microsoft office 2021 apps with lifetime validity.I’m using the latest version of excel advanced package (I’ve tried older versions also and getting the same problem) Has anyone experienced this issue?Also can anyone guide me, what is the root cause and if there is any solutions to this issue?

Cannot install the bot agent in windows

The installer cannot locate the msi file in the download folder during the installation, but the file is saved and opened from that folder, very strange technical issue, hope some experts can advise a solution, thanks.

I have a trainee, she was not able to run bot so she deleted the A360 bot agent, however there was a activity in progress.help us remove this from in progress state as we are unable to remove device or add new again

Urgent Assistance Required for AA360 Community Edition Issues During Master Certification

I am currently participating in the Automation Anywhere Master Certification examination and facing critical issues in the AA360 Community Edition, which are hindering my progress. Until last week, all my bots were functioning perfectly; however, I have started experiencing the following problems:1. Excel Actions Issue:Whenever I use Excel actions (e.g., Open Excel), I receive the following error:"Not able to connect. Open Excel command. Contact your system administrator."2. "File input variable does not support repository path"

I have just begun receiving this error on a child task this morning, after several weeks of it running just fine, and am curious if I am missing something.This global child task takes an input variable of a Control Room XML file (type file), then uses the XML:Start Session with the variable as the File source. It returns a number of nodes to the parent. As mentioned, this has been working for some time just fine. Just this morning I was doing some testing (on the main bot, not even touching this piece) and this task began failing with the above error.At first I thought the error was on the Start Session action itself. I tried changing the variable to a hard coded selection of the XML Control Room file, and everything works just fine. It appears the error is not on the action itself, but on the input variable (error message states line 0).Just curious if I am missing something stupid simple; I’ve done the typical restart service, clear global cache, etc. I also checked to ensure none of

User Role management in Automation Anywhere via API

Hello, I’m a security engineer working in IAM (Access Management) space in our organization. We are onboarding automation anywhere in our application to manage users and roles I see that the user API allows me to send the array of roles to be assigned to a user account. So, if a user requests any role for Automation Anywhere, I’ll have to call Update User API with role array containing existing roles and the new role id. If any role is to be revoked from a user’s account, I’ll have to call update user API with role array containing existing roles minus the role to be revoked. Is that correct? Is there any API that does the user-role assignment alone instead of using user api (to modify roles) or the roles api (to modify users)

Hello, I’m not an AA user but want to use AA Rest APIs.My AA admin has generated an API key for me to use but I’m not able to authenticate using that API key.AA Admin followed below stepsCreated a role with permission “Generate API Key” Assigned this role to the service account I want to use Generated API key by going to user setting page  Now I’m trying to generate the token to use REST APIs in postman but getting “Access Denied” error. Any suggestion will be helpful.

Unable to download the bot or the dependencies to the device

  I have plenty of disc space available. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the bot agent service and removing my device and re-adding it. No luck. I'm using the Community Edition. Can anyone help please? Thanks.

I'm Not Able to find client id and client secret for authentication because i don't have privilege to new app registration in azure

I tried all way to authenticate my share point with aa360 control room through SharePoint Package. I tried get access from Microsoft azure though new app registration but there showing you don’t have privilege to do new app registration. i am not able to find client id and client secret

Request for Assistance: Device Linked to Unknown Account

Hello everyone,I am facing an issue where my device is connected to an account that I do not have the credentials for. Unfortunately, I only know the user ID associated with that account. I am unable to remove the device from this account without access to the credentials.Could anyone provide guidance or suggest steps I can take to resolve this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated!I also do not have access to the email ID associated with the account, as it has been closed, so the 'Forgot Password' option is not helpful. Thank you!

Browser - "Find broken Links" option

I am testing out the “Find Broken Links” option within the Browser package and have a few questions:What type of page(s) does this work against? I can run against multiple different pages and sometimes i get just get page the main URL provided an other times i get a list of links in the output file (i.e FedEx.com, cbssportsline.com, sharepoint Online) Is there any additional setup that is needed within the CR?  nothing is listed in the documentation any tips for using this command???

Require VM series and VM size recommendation to run 10 + bots parallelly that suits SAP HANA overload for AVD multi session host

We recently upgraded from VDI to AVD for DEV, VAL  and PROD environments. The VM series provided by INFRA team was “ Standard E8s v5 “.  Observed AVD slowness , BOT slowness, SAP HANA slowness. CPU  % also hitting 100% very frequently.Hence we upgraded to  VM series “E20as_v5”.  Still it is not that beneficial. Our target is to run almost 10+ bots parallelly. But not more than 3 bots are running smoothly. We still observe AVD slowness , BOT slowness, SAP HANA slowness. CPU  usage %  still  hitting 100%. Infra team confirmed there is no doubtful process running at background. can someone help with  recommended VM series and Size  for AVD to run 10+ bots and also handle SAP HANA  workload since both of the above E series performance is not as expected.

I still get the error: UNKNOWN: User: (username) is already running a bot on the device: If the problem persists, contact your system administrator. Can anybody help me?

URL:https://community2.cloud-2.automationanywhere.digital/ I have run a bot and it stayed very long time without execution so I just clicked on Cancel.Then I tried to run it once again, and it gives me the following message://UNKNOWN: User: (<user_name>) is already running a bot on device: (<device_name>)// I tried also to delete the device but it gives me the following message://Cannot delete device, as it is part of an active bot deployment// So, I have tried the following action without any success in resolving the issue: 1 - Restart the "Automation Anywhere Bot Agent" service.2 - Stop and then Start "Automation Anywhere Bot Agent" service.3 - Uninstall and install the agent.4 - Uninstall and clean the AA folders in the profile and install with admin the agent.5 - Restart the computer6 - Leaving the computer shut down (clean shut down with no sleep and no hibernation) for 1 night.7 - Installing an older version of Automation Anywhere Bot Agent. These
