Emmanuel Katto Dubai : How do I troubleshoot issues with API authentication for my credentials?

Hi everyone,

I’m Emmanuel Katto from Dubai, facing an issue with a bot that’s stuck in the "In Progress" activity. I attempted to reset the bot runner device through the API, but I'm unable to authenticate my credentials and keep getting an "Access is Denied" message when I try to authenticate using Postman.

I’ve attached a screenshot for reference. If anyone has encountered this issue or has suggestions on how to resolve it, I would really appreciate your help!
