Excel error

Hello AA and all pathfinder community. We are currently facing some issues regarding the excel package. Both excel advanced and basic aren’t working and showing the following error:

An unexpected error happened. Unexpected eval class (org.apache.poi.ss.formula.eval.MissingArgEval) Enter in contact with your sistem’s administrator. (This was translated from ptbr. The original one is: Ocorreu um erro inesperado. Unexpected eval class (org.apache.poi.ss.formula.eval.MissingArgEval) Entre em contato com o administrador do sistema.)

There is also an error that makes the excel white.

Can you verify if you the version of Microsoft Excel you have installed?

Excel Basic doesn’t require an installed version of Excel, but requires the use of xlsx formatted files.

What does the rest of your automation look like, this doesn’t seem to be associated with excel given the message “org.apache.poi.ss.formula.eval.MissingArgEval”

Can you provide details of which line and action is trying to process when the error occurs?
