Emmanuel Katto Dubai : How can I troubleshoot authentication problems with my API credentials?

Hi everyone,

I have a bot that’s stuck in the "In Progress" activity, and I’ve tried resetting the bot runner device through the API. However, I’m unable to authenticate my credentials, receiving an "Access is Denied" message when I try to authenticate via Postman.

I’ve attached a screenshot for reference. If anyone has encountered this issue or has suggestions on how to resolve it, I would really appreciate your help!
