During the next 4 weeks, you will gain the knowledge and skills to elevate your automation capabilities from RPA to APA, with week 1 focusing on Foundations and Framework. Before Getting Started: Run ERIC to make sure you have the correct access rights in the Control Room. Before beginning training, test your Control Room login credentials that you received via email, and run ERIC on your machine to make sure you have the correct access rights to complete the training. Bookmark the Enterprise Control Room. Bookmark the Enterprise Control Room for quick access. You should have received your login credentials via email, however, if you just registered it typically takes 24 hours. Our goal this week is to set the stage for where we’re going and help define terms and lay the foundation for APA implementation within your current program. Step 1: Complete Your Week 1 Courses In week 1 you will learn how AI agents, automation tools, and human oversight work together and begin to align automation strategies within your current organizational goals. Meet ERIC ERIC is our tool for ensuring that students have the correct access rights for our Training Camps and Challenges. It is a small diagnostic tool which runs the Automation Anywhere components you’ll need for the Camp/Challenge. This means that typically, ERIC will beed to be run on a Bot Runner machine within your corporate network. How to Use ERIC Step 1: After you’ve received the login details to the Control Room from community@automationanywhere.com, you will need to login. Once you login navigate to the “Automation” link in the left menu. In the Public workspace you should see this: Step 2: From here, clone the ERIC process by clicking the 3 dots to the righthand side of ERIC and clicking on the first icon called “clone process.” Step 3: Ensure you’ve connected a device to the Control Room (this could be a local or a remote one). Step 4: Then in the private workspace, copy the process. Step 5: Open the copied ERIC process, and press “Run.” Step 6: ERIC will ask for some bas

Follow the checklist below to ensure a successful training camp experience: Register for APA Training Camp: Secure your spot by registering HERE Complete the Learning Track Survey: If you haven’t done so already, complete the survey emailed to you in your confirmation email to choose your learning track so we know which information to send you throughout training camp.
