What is APA Training Camp and when does it start?
APA Training Camp is a comprehensive 4-week virtual training cohort launching April 7th, designed to accelerate AI adoption within organizations through two specialized tracks: an APA Program Leadership track and a hands-on Developer track. This free program combines self-paced learning with live coaching sessions to help organizations successfully transition from RPA to Agentic Process Automation (APA).

Who can participate in APA Training Camp?
APA Training camp is open to all community members of all skill levels. Whether you’re a beginner in all things APA or have multiple agents running within your enterprise, this training camp is for you.

Is there a cost to participate in APA Training Camp?
There is no cost. Registration and participation in the event is free.

What will APA Training Camp look like each week?
The agenda for each week is published in our APA Training Camp Group. We will list all instructions and guidelines for the week there, along with some discussion prompts for program leaders and developers of an organization to review together. Each week will also feature a LinkedIn Live session, where our Pathfinder Community team will review some of the key learnings for the week, answer common participant questions, and shout out community contributors.

Who should attend the Automation Leader Track?
This track is ideal for anyone responsible for driving the strategic direction of their automation program as they make the shift from RPA to APA.

Who should attend the Developer Track?
This track is designed for anyone who needs hands-on experience designing, developing, and testing AI-powered automations. It's an excellent opportunity to bridge technical skill gaps in agentic solution development and address system integration challenges. We highly suggest having 2 screens for these sessions: One for the session itself, and the other for the Control Room.

How much time should I commit to APA Training Camp?
Each week is designed to require approximately 2 hours of total time commitment per track. This includes self-paced learning, live sessions, and discussion participation. For developers, the actual time may vary depending on how much you choose to practice and experiment with the concepts being taught. Those who want to deeply explore the technical implementations may spend additional time refining their skills and testing different approaches.

Can I follow both tracks? The Leadership Track and the Developer Track?
Absolutely. Each track will take approximately 2 hours each week, so plan accordingly.

Are there any office hours during the training camp where I can receive hands-on support if needed?
Yes, there are. Office hours will take place every Wednesday during the event (April 9, 16, 23 & 30) at 10:30am ET/8pm IST. Office hours will NOT be recorded.

When will the LinkedIn Live sessions take place?
Mark your calendars for our weekly LinkedIn Live sessions, taking place April 10, 17, 24, and May 1 at 10:30am ET / 8:00pm IST. During the sessions our learning team will explore the week's content in depth and host Q&A at the end. All sessions will be recorded as well as on demand. Registration links will be shared in the APA Training camp group the Monday before each session.

Will there be any prerequisites for attending the training camp?
While there are no required courses or certifications, each track assumes some foundational knowledge:

  • Automation Leader Track: Basic understanding of managing an automation program and prioritizing opportunities

  • Developer Track: Fundamental knowledge of developing and testing automations in Automation Anywhere

Will participants receive any certification upon completion?
Participants will receive a certificate of completion

My login credentials for the control room are not working.
No worries at all. Just click the “forgot password” button during login and you will receive an email from do-not-repy@automationanywhere.com with next steps. Keep your eyes on your spam folder, though, because this email is notorious for landing there.

How can I make sure I have the correct access rights for APA Training Camp?
ERIC can help with this. ERIC (Event Readiness and Information Collector) is a diagnostic automation which runs the Automation Anywhere components you’ll need for APA Training Camp. You will receive information regarding ERIC once you receive your Control Room login credentials.

What if I cannot attend a live coaching session?
Recorded sessions will be available the following week and posted to the APA Training Camp group page.

I have an issue not mentioned here. How can I get support?
Email community@automationanywhere.com
