Document Masking

Dear Team,I have confidential customer documents - (Aadhar Card) in JPG format. I need to open each document and mask the Aadhar Number. The challenge is that the document visualization varies from one file to another, as the pictures were taken from mobile devices. Business Associate Agreement

I am a small pediatric therapy business owner and want to explore use of the Community Edition of Automation Anywhere to automate a portion of my billing processes.  However, because the bots would be exposed to protected healthcare information (PHI), according to HIPAA regulations, I would need to ensure that I enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with AutomationAnywhere.  Unfortunately, I cannot find where to do this on the website or within the application itself.  Can someone advise?

Does Automation Anywhere allows concurrent run of licenses, Run time utilization of licenses?

Does Automation Anywhere supports concurrent license model, which enable the run time use of licenses. Like what we have in UiPath tool, where in the license can be utilized when available during the process run and can be freed up once process run is completed.

Unable to connect to the Control Room and it may be due to not being able validate the SSL certificate presented by the Control Room.

HiI've followed this doc Add Control Room certificate to Java Credential Store (automationanywhere.com) and added On-premise Control Room SSL certificate on my Computer.But I'm still getting the error below:"Unable to connect to the Control Room and it may be due to not being able validate the SSL certificate presented by the Control Room."​This may be due to multiple reasons. To continue, please​1. Check to see if the SSL certificate has been added to the Java Key Store that is bundled with the bot agent.​Then, try again.If you continue to see this message, please contact your system administrator.Code: registration.error​Can anyone help provide solution?Thanks!

Credentials has disappeared from the list after I received some errors

Hello,I wanted to change the value in the credential - I had edit option and when I removed the credentials from the locker I received errors: ‘You no longer have access to manage the credential’ and “Results Error reading credential values: Access is denied” and the credential has disappeared from the list of credentials and is not visible for other users neither. When I wanted to create new credentials with the same name it didn’t allow me with message that credential with this name already exists ...how I can put this credential back to the list of credentials please? thank you!

How to Rename Attachment from Email?

Hi, I have emails in a shared Outlook inbox with a single attachment each. I’m able to Loop through all of the unread emails, parse info from them into variables and then save a new folder for each based on that parsed data and save the attachment from the email in said folder. However, the attachments just come through with their default name, say IMG_023.JPG for example. Is there a way to rename those files while I am downloading them? I’ve thought to introduce an additional loop right after I save the file in the folder, to loop that new folder and then rename the file inside, but it seems far more efficient to rename at the time of initial file save if possible and not add another loop to my loop. Thanks,  Marshall

How to get bot output in a JSON response

I am looking for a way on how to get output values from a bot as a JSON Response by triggering it as an Endpoint using Control Room APIs.I am currently using V3 Bot Deploy API endpoint that returns the Deployment ID whose response is asynchronous.Please help me on how can that be done. Or Is there a different way altogether

Unable to open excel even though the excel is opened

I am having a problem while trying to open an excel.Basically when i used excel advanced : open, the excel got opened but there is a slight loading cursor and the bot agent pick it as “unable to open excel” the loading cursor took like 1-2 seconds only and it doesn’t matter even if i used a try catch as the open is deemed failed the session is not establish, meaning i couldn’t perform any excel advanced command in the excel

AARI Bug

Identified a bug while running AARI process where one of the field in a form is not marked as required but we have an error on that field and unable to submit the form.I guess the issue is due to the new version of Control Room installed on the environment. Do someone have the same error and what could be the solution for it?

Problemas ao extrair dados com paginação na API workitems

Não estou conseguindo extrair todos os dados utilizando a API v3/wlm/queues/{queue}/workitems/listNo período informado, existem 1436 itens, porém, na api só mostra 200, e mesmo usando os filtros de paginação, não consegui buscar os itens: Existe alguma configuração adicional para utilizar a paginação na API?
