Unable to open excel even though the excel is opened

I am having a problem while trying to open an excel.

Basically when i used excel advanced : open, the excel got opened but there is a slight loading cursor and the bot agent pick it as “unable to open excel” the loading cursor took like 1-2 seconds only and it doesn’t matter even if i used a try catch as the open is deemed failed the session is not establish, meaning i couldn’t perform any excel advanced command in the excel
