I am a small pediatric therapy business owner and want to explore use of the Community Edition of Automation Anywhere to automate a portion of my billing processes. However, because the bots would be exposed to protected healthcare information (PHI), according to HIPAA regulations, I would need to ensure that I enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with AutomationAnywhere. Unfortunately, I cannot find where to do this on the website or within the application itself.
Can someone advise?
