I have taken master automation anywhere certification but haven't got any certificate yet. Can someone share point of contact whom I should reach out as I don't see any email response from them

I have taken Master Automation anywhere certification on September 4th. I have submitted the practical question as well. But haven't got any email communication from Automation anywhere team yet. Is there any point of contact with whom I can touch base to get my certificate. ​

Install a package from an above CR version. I'd like to know if it's possible to use a package from .25 in .24 (since the .24 contains a known issue)

Package is the one above.  I have an issue reported with this specific CR package, the recommendation is to upgrade CR, but it would take a while to do so and we need more planning. I'd like to know if it's possible to download a package from version A360.25 to use in .24. - I understand that it's not recommended, but I'd like to know how to do so (if possible, I'll accept the risks).

Not getting my Master certification

Hi,I completed my task of submitting the bots with an overall score of 85%. But the Automation Anywhere Certified Master RPA Professional (Automation 360) - 2022 course, it still shows as score pending. I haven't received my certification either. When I click on 'Continue' it just takes me back to the course homepage. Anyone has had a similar experience? I'd like to get my hands on that certificate ASAP... worked hard for it Thanks for any tips **Update**Now when I login to the autograder website, I get the following message "You already completed the Master Certification.If you did not, try to log in again in a few minutes.If you continue to experience difficulties, contact Learning Support for assistance" Attaching the new grader screenshot too here.

Datetime package - Assign action

Hi, I am using the Assign action from Datetime package as below : Even if I am selecting the "Prebuilt formats" radio button & selecting any prebuilt format from the drop down list, still it is giving me below error: I have tried different custom formats as well but no luck. Can anyone please help me with this? Thanks in advance for any leads.

Extract excel rows using excel advanced package

Hi Guys, I have an excel where for some records status column says 'Matched' and for other records the status column is blank. I tried the excel advanced package loop commands & inside loop for each row in excel advanced sheet I am putting an if cond. like below : if(Status not equal to 'Matched') then log to file those records for which this if condition satisfies. Instead, it is logging all the records irrespective of the if condition. I tried the same using excel as DB queries (select * from [Sheet1$$] where Status<>'Matched') still it is giving the same results. Please correct me if I am ignoring any other logic. Thanks in advanced for any help/suggestion

Bot runs and queues

Hi,I try to understand AA queues :)Let's say that I populate the queue with 5 items.I understand that when the bot runs (and it's connected to the queue), it will pick up the first item from the queue, a process that item and then ... stop.How to pick up the next item?If I know how many items are within the queue, I can manage that.But what is the amount of items within the queue is dynamic?In other RPA software, you can create a loop and check if the next item is available or populated.Is it anything similar to AA?How to design a bot for processing a queue where the number of items is unknown and dynamic?As a result of the processed item is a success or exception - am I right?Can we design a bot for marking items as success or exceptions (system exception, business exception)

While executing a MessageBox Bot I am getting error "We found an issue that prevents the bot from running."

It says "Search for 'preprocessing' onhttps://docs.automationanywhere.com/csh?context=csh-preprocessing-error-messages/p>to find the most common ". When I check the link, I am unable to find anything matching my scenario as my BOT has just a message Box containing "Hi" If someone has faced similar scenario please suggest where I might be going wrong.

How do I select the extent of text to gettext when using AISense on passive text?

I'm using AISense to retrieve a status message from a web-based terminal emulator. I've set the anchor and selected 'passive text' as the type, then dragged a select box around the entire sentence ("no data set namess found"), and saved the gettext result to a variable. When I display the variable contents with an alert box, I only get the last word in the sentence (this is also the only word hilighted in the preview screenshot when I look at the action). How can I alter the parameters of the AISense action to retrieve the entire sentence and not just one word? If I choose the 'recapture object' option, I'm presented with the standard object recorder (which doesn't work, as it doesn't recognize the non-clickable status text as a selectable object).

Run Bot Stuck

so i was running a bot, and usually it's a success without a problem but now it stucks on a comment line nothing is changed and the bot just stuck at the very same line over and over again. i've tried disabling the comment, it's stuck on the next line which is delay i've tried restarting and the problem persist. any fix?
