Question

Automation Anywhere Automation 360 v.21 and Mozilla Firefox 100.0.2 32 bit

Hallo,

 

when trying to develop BOTs on Mozilla Firefox rev. 100.0.2. (32 bit), Bot Agent installen on Windows Windows 10 Pro (64 bit) rev. 19044.1706 i'm having an errors as below:

Could this isuue be related to the 32-bit version og Firefox? Whare else chwould I look for?

What can cause that errors?

  1. Resolution/WorkaroundCheck if Automation 360 (formerly Automation Anywhere Enterprise A2019) Plugin is enabled or not under More tools > Extensions in Google Chrome and Add ons and themes >> extensions in Mozilla Firefox.

In case if it's not enabled, please enable it and restart the browser and check if you are able to fetch the browser list.

  1. In case if the 1st solution does not help, please reinstall the Bot agent using Admin rights i.e. Right-click > Run as administrator.

After installing the Bot agent check if the exe is available under task manager or not.

 

Note: If you don't have admin rights to run the installer as admin, please contact your IT team for assistance.

Additional InformationWe can get same error when trying to list applications with Browser list with browsers other than Chrome.

- The browser list feature is only supported for Chrome browser for now.
