Unable to Launch AAE Client

Please check the AAE client services on Task manager->Services whether the services are running?

AAE client services, CR is in working status and only Client is not working , it least it is not going until login screen getting stuck at as per above snapshot.

Hi,

Please try the below options.

1. Reboot the machine
2. Reinstall AAE client
3. Check windows event viewer for any errors if this is recently started
4. Make sure Client to CR connection is available, try browsing CR on the same machine
