While using google workspace, while enabling the API's, selected all as there is no option to chose but post which I am getting the attached error. All this I am doing to complete Capstone project of AI Engineer certification . Please help asap.

Hi Everyone, I am unable to create any custom agent from ai.automationanywherre.com. It is showing below error.

OpenAI doesn’t offer API Keys for free, one has to pay for it.. While understanding APA features of AA360, I would like to use Ollama local API Keys as I will be doing very basic hands-on to understand various features. Is there any better alternative which you have solved this problem in a different way, do share,  Looking forward for your guidance on this to speedup my learning journey

HiI see there are 2 model connections on my community CR. While making any process flow, we have a separate Generative AI package where in there are Authenticate command available for all the LLMs.

As given in the project description, that we need at least one form [human in the loop]. Is it a compulsion to use only the forms created in Automation anywhere or can we use a HTML form similar to the one used in the Capstone project [Opportunity intake listener form]?

Hello,I’m curious to hear if anyone has implemented a way to terminate a bot execution remotely. Python, powershell, killing processes and services, I’m interested to hear if anyone has had success with this. Unfortunately this isn’t available natively via the control room api, so I’d like to here from others on this.I have a python script that terminates all “Automation Anywhere” processes running on a device. Unfortunately this has the side effect of disconnecting the bot runner device from the machine. Seeking clean methods with minimal side effects for terminating bot runs.Thank you

Hello everyone,I need to evaluate the feasibility of automating the signing of PDF documents using Automation Anywhere. We have a business requirement where PDF contracts already contain the signature of our affiliates/customers. Currently, an employee manually opens each PDF and adds the authorized representative's signature from our Pension Fund Operator, which is a very time-consuming process. We would like to know if Automation Anywhere can help automate this process in one of the following ways:Insert a signature image into a predefined location within the PDF. Apply a legally valid digital signature/certificate to the PDF. Process multiple PDF files in bulk without manual intervention. My questions are:Has anyone implemented a similar solution using Automation Anywhere? Which packages, commands, or integrations would you recommend? Is it possible using native Automation Anywhere functionality, or would external tools/APIs be required? Are there any considerations regarding PDF secur

Hi,I am working on POC where the required text (like address, name etc)  need to retrieve from input source using prompt. The input source document is .docx/pdf. I am creating new AI > Skill. From new Skill there is option to provide the input source using variable, instead how to provide or reference to the path of the input document. Please suggest on how to achieve this. Thanks

I am facing an issue with Automation Anywhere Document Automation where a document repeatedly goes back to the Validation stage. The document is processed and sent for validation, but when I open it in the Validation Station, it shows “0 Fields to Validate.” Even though there are no fields requiring validation, the document keeps returning to the validation queue instead of completing the process.Current behavior: Document is processed by Document Automation. It is sent to the Validation stage. Validation shows “0 Fields to Validate.” After completing/submitting the validation, the same document again appears for validation. This cycle keeps repeating. Expected behavior:If there are 0 fields requiring validation, the document should complete the validation stage and proceed to the next stage instead of returning to validation.Could you please advise what could cause this behavior and how we can prevent the document from repeatedly entering validation?

When I trying to capture an object I faced this error: Error performing single captureThe application is running with admin privileges but the bot is not running with admin privileges. To continue, enable admin privileges when you run the bot. Then, try again. How can I resolve it?

Hi everyone,I have been using a VM as a runner for some time, and we decided to buy a new bot runner license, and provision a new VM to add to the device pool.We are using AWS Workspaces that have two drives: D:\ for most programs+documents and C:\ for system and some programsWe have cloned the VM, meaning the C:\ drive is kept and the D:\ drive is emptyWhen connecting my user runner number 2 to the VM, something very strange happened and from the Control Room point of view they were seen as only one.I think this can be caused by the control room registration or something like that : I have deleted the files in the  C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\AutomationAnywhere, configured again the bot agent and it seems to have solved the problem.Do you think it can actually have been the cause of my problem? In that kind of situation, how should I copy a VM?

Just curious if anyone has had any success using control room APIs to keep track of bots that are currently running. I am trying to develop a system to detect bots that have been running for excessively long so that they can be auto shut down and wanted to know if anyone has had success doing this using control room APIs or another method.

Hi All,We are currently facing an issue with the Email Event Trigger in Automation 360.When a new email arrives, the Email Event Trigger fires correctly, but it is automatically marking the email as “Read”. Because of this, when the bot starts and looks for unread emails, it does not find anything — the trigger has already read the email in the first instance.Has anyone faced this behavior before, and is there a way to prevent the Email Trigger from marking emails as read? Or is there a recommended best practice to handle this scenario?Any guidance or workaround would be really helpful. Thanks!

Hello everyone, I have a very particular problem. We have a large number of bots deployed in production that use the same SAP user, and these bots work perfectly. Only ONE particular bot uses a different user due to business process reasons. This bot was working correctly and recently started failing in the following strange way.It happens during the connect action of SAP. The bot logs in perfectly, but for some reason, it throws the following error: I have searched the entire community forum and there is no information about it.Our team is lost. The SAP version is compatible with the package (we have already checked the documentation) and we have tested it in several versions just in case.Could someone help us?Thank you

(NOTE: Scroll Down to find the fixes)Problem: An AARI Process has multiple Bots that work with SAP. Connection with SAP is established in 1 Bot, and subsequent Bots use that connection using the Automatic Mode of the SAP Connect Action. The Process runs as intended if you’re logged into the running device, but fails if you’re not logged in, even if no other parameters are changed. The error message is “SAP connection error. Log in using the SAP GUI and try again”. Crucially, this error only happens in the subsequent bots that Connect to SAP in Automatic mode, and not in any bot that Connects in SAP GUI mode.Issue (diagnosed with help from Claude): SAP GUI's Automatic connect works by looking up a COM object (“SAPGUI”) in Windows' Running Object Table (ROT), which is scoped per Windows Terminal Services session — a process in one session can't see an object registered by a process in a different session. AARI’s Auto Login feature, used for unattended execution, logs the device in when a

The REST Web Services POST request successfully creates the event in Google Calendar; however, no response payload is being returned, and the Body output variable remains blank.

I created a trial environment. Can you help me where do I see my bots

How am I supposed to login if I never get the invite email? It’s not in my spam folder either. My admin provisioned a new Cloud Control Room, and I am the admin on that control room. I did not receive the invite email that is supposed to allow the initial login. In the Cloud Control Room Instances page, I click on View for the provisioned Control Room. I copy the password and navigate on a new Chrome tab to the Control Room URL.  I then enter my Administrator User ID and the password. I get the following message:Either your username or your password is incorrectThis may be due to a misspelling or because your Caps Lock is on. To continue, please retype your username and password.Code: UM1110If I click “Forgot password”, it get this message:Security question answers are not created by userUnable to continue because the security questions for password reset has not been created for this account. Hi everyone! We’re trying to automate a process where the BOT needs to log in to another RDP session and then navigate through the applications available within that RDP session. We’re currently using Automation Anywhere A360, Version 34, and would like to know: Is this scenario possible to automate using A360? If so, what would be the recommended approach or commands/actions? Are there any additional tools or integrations that can be used with A360 to automate interactions within the remote RDP session? Are there any specific configuration or licensing requirements we should be aware of? Any guidance or experience with a similar setup would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!

I can´t do this step for approvals labs.

I’m trying to build a bot to retrieve ServiceNow case information, including Case Number, Assigned, and Created Date.I’m running into an issue when one of the fields is empty. For example, if the Assigned field has no value in servicenow, the bot gets stuck on that Recorder Capture step and failedIs there a way to have the bot continue processing the field when the value/property is empty and continue with the capture?Note: we not allow to use Servicenow API for this task

I can´t create Roles because I don´t have the option in my control room.

I’m using the awesome JSON Web Token Package to generate a JWT. My case includes optional header parameters, specifically the “x5t” parameter which must be included in the header. However the Private Claims parameter only adds claims to the payload section. Is there a way to include these Reserved Header Parameters in the package?
