E-mail connect using E-mail server or EWS

If you are doing connect to outlook then yes. If Email server and EWS is what you are selecting then its not required to have the outlook app installed on the machine.

Even though the Email Connect action using Email Server completes successfully, the Loop through Email action fails with the error: “The provided connection details are invalid.”
