AARI - Process stuck at "In progress" and never proceed to next step after the bot task completed

Stuck "Bot Task" in Co-pilot Process: The "Bot Task" within a Process in Co-pilot is stuck at the "In Progress" state and fails to transition to the next step, which is the "Form Task." As a result, the expected output from the "Bot Task" is not passed to the "Form Task," halting the workflow. Expected Behavior: The "Bot Task" typically takes 90 to 120 minutes to complete execution. Once completed, the Form Task should be triggered and display the output generated by the "Bot Task." Observed Behavior: In this case, the "Bot Task" completes its execution (or appears to), but the process gets stuck at "In Progress" without moving to the "Form Task." Reference: Please refer to the attached screenshots/log files for further details. Request: If anyone has encountered a similar issue, I would appreciate any insights or workarounds to address this problem.

Network Settings - IP Restriction

Team,I need to restrict access to my Cloud Control Room URL in the public environment. If I configure our company's ANF and NAT IPs under network settings, it will limit access to public usage as intended. However, in the event of an issue with our company IPs or a change in IPs, I might be unable to access the URL to log in and update the IP settings.What steps should I take to address this scenario?

Error message: Unable to perform auto-login for user abc

Hi all, I am trying to run/schedule some Bots but the bot failed with below error. I have also updated the control room device setting with all possible options but failed.Always create a new sessionReuse an existing sessionReuse an existing session, if available after changing these 3 options still get the same error “Error message: Unable to perform auto-login for user”.

Error Running Subtask --> Unable to find ''. It may have been moved, renamed, or deleted...

I was updating a subtask (I also renamed it), now when it is called, I am getting the following error: Unable to find ''. It may have been moved, renamed, or deleted. Check the file location and try again. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator. I renamed the subtask, same error.I brought in a new task>Start Action, browsed to the location, mapped my variables… same error.I created a new ‘hello world bot’, and it executed.Did I break a link somewhere in the control-room file repository?

Excel as Database Connect Issue

I am trying to connect excel as database, but i am facing this issue frequently. my laptop bit is 64, i am also tried installing both 32,64 bit.Even based on other forum suggestion i tried updating  the  Database package in Automation anywhere.Still the issue persistsAttached is the below error issue and screenshotCould not Connect to Database. Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed. Kindly assist on this , its affecting our productivity.

Hello,I’m Darshan Hiranandani, facing a strange issue with my bot, which uses both the SAP Bapi Connect and SAP Connect (for GUI automation) actions. They’ve been working fine in development and production for months, but recently, when running the bot in the development environment, I’ve started receiving the error: "Unable to connect to the SAP server. Please verify the connection details and try again."The odd part is that this issue only happens in development. In production, where I’m using the same credential vault and referencing the same configuration, both SAP connect actions are working as expected.Does anyone have any idea why the SAP connection would fail in development but work fine in production?Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!Thank you!RegardsDarshan Hiranandani

Is anyone using the Clear Browser Cache Bot from the Bot Store?

Hello,We downloaded the Clear Browser Cache Bot from the Bot Store and tested in our non-production environment.  We expected the bot to clear the cache and browsing history as noted in the read_me.  But it appears to be doing much more.  Our AA 360 extension is disabled, bookmarks are deleted and it appears the entire user profile is “reset”.  The next time Chrome is launched, it displays a “Welcome to Chrome...” message as if the application has never been used.This behavior makes the Clear Browser Cache Bot potentially unusable.  Anyone else having the same experience?  We’d like to use it but need to throttle back some of the behavior.Appreciate any feedback the Community can send our way!Thanks!This is the bot store location:https://botstore.automationanywhere.com/bot/a2019-clear-browser-cache?_ga=2.195908783.245827111.1686228652-724735434.1684769826&_gl=1*h04yku*_ga*NzI0NzM1NDM0LjE2ODQ3Njk4MjY.*_ga_DG1BTLENXK*MTY4NjIyODY1MS40LjEuMTY4NjIyODg5Mi42MC4wLjA.&_fsi=vnL8Vf3Q

I am running an sap report that exports to an excel spreadsheet. I want to use save workbook action but it wants a session name. How do I create a session without opening a workbook I don't need?

All I want to do is save the newly created workbook but I get the error "cant find open session" without opening an already existing workbook. If I do that, then AA wants to save that workbook instead of the exported one when I put in the save workbook action. What am I doing wrong?

Excel as database issue

Hi All,I have installed Microsoft access database engine 2016 (64 bit) and I have Excel 2019 version. Still facing connection issue like. ‘Could not Connect to Database. Error number: 80004005 Failure creating file.’ If I uncheck the ‘Use ODBC 64-bit driver for connection’ then error is changing to this - ‘Could not Connect to Database. Provider cannot be found. Fails on Outlook

We have a script that has been running forever, it opens an email account and reads through unread. Grabs Keywords to run certain subroutines that are different task. The bot currently keeps failing to find the email account located on outlook. I’ve tested this a few different ways and it can find and read the email via other bots but something within this loop/connection keeps having a failover occur. Please advise as I can’t get the bot to find the email account, I’ve tried relinking the account, as well as rewriting the base elements of the connection and loop parameters.
