AI Automation Engineer Certification – Control Room credentials no longer work (UM1110)

Hi Automation Anywhere Team,

I am currently taking the AI Automation Engineer Certification and I am having an issue accessing the Control Room provided by the course.

The Control Room credentials shown in the “Get Control Room Access” section are the same credentials I received previously, and they used to work. However, they no longer allow me to log in.

I receive the following error:

“Either your username or your password is incorrect”

Error code: UM1110

I also tried the “Forgot Password?” option, but I do not receive any password reset email.

The course is still showing the same Control Room credentials, so could you please check whether my Control Room account is still active or if the credentials need to be reset/reissued?
