AI Automation Engineer Certification – Exam Voucher Eligibility Issue

Dear Team,

I completed the required learning paths for the AI Automation Engineer Certification and would like to claim the certification voucher.

However, when I check my voucher status, the system indicates that I am not currently eligible.

Since I have completed all the specified courses, I would appreciate it if you could review my learning progress and verify my voucher eligibility.

If there are any additional courses, requirements, or steps that I may have missed, please let me know so I can complete them and proceed with the certification.

I have also attached a screenshot of the eligibility message for your reference.

@aman111choubey Several people have asked about this on the forum. I seem to remember the solution being that either the source file didn’t have “File contains headers” option in the Open action, that some data wasn’t passed, or something similar. I advised them to check the source spreadsheet. I also believe someone mentioned that the exercise video was updated and, a bit later in the video, they outline this error message. So, if none of that solves your issue, search the forums here because someone posted the solution.

@nandhana Make sure you use the email address you used when you signed up for the Pathfinder Training Camp. If you did not sign up for the Pathfinder Training Camp and didn't attend an Imagine event where they released voucher codes in person, then you are not qualified for a voucher code. If you believe you are, contact community@automationanywhere.com.

Thank you for your reply. I wanted to follow up and check when I might expect to hear back from community@automationanywhere.com regarding this. As the program is expected to end soon, I would really appreciate any update you can share on the timeline.

Also, just to confirm, is August 28 the deadline only for completing the required Certification Track training, or is registration for the Certification Track also open through August 28?
