I have a BOT in a server, the license of this BOT is Unattended and I will not use anymore, so I need to untie that license from that AAV11 client. I did all the steps to untie the license but nothing works. Besides, the control room shows me this error. I did all the points that mention, but nothig works. Can you help me pls?

Hello, i use the Screen Recorder for Recording click on a dropdown menu, i record this step and in AA it shows the right button is selected but if the bot run it clicks aside of this button ? and then the run failed
The total number of tasks is inconsistent with the number I added to event trigger manage. How can I clear the tasks under manage private?

When i select CurrentlyActiveWindow for Record:Capture, it tries to capture on A360 interface where we do our project Also there is no window name that i want to capture, so i cant keep on.
object until it turns red then i will click to capture. However, when going back to review the object i have just captured it hasn't captured the object i wanted. How can i fix this problem? I checked my google Chrome's zoom and it's on 100% so nothing wrong there.See picture above for reference. As well as this when reviewing the properties for the image captured it contain the information for the object i want captured but just doesn't capture the correct object.

When I check the link, I am unable to find anything matching my scenario as my BOT has just a message Box containing "Hi" If someone has faced similar scenario please suggest where I might be going wrong.
Hi Automation Anywhere,My account originally had Task add to my event triggers and it worked. But it suddenly stopped working in the first two weeks, what is the reason?(This task can run normally under run by event trigger, but when I add it to my event trigger it can't run normally.)I found the difference between running event trigger and failing to run, that is, after I log in and refresh the page, there will be a label showing Tigger configuration successfully started if it can run normally, and there will be no such label if it can't run normally.Can you help me see what is causing this problem?
We were recently told by AA that a minimum version of 11.3.2 was needed before hosting a control room in the Azure cloud. We are asking a more detailed question as to whether this applies only to the server software installation or if the BOT runner and BOT developer clients should also be at v11.3.2 or higher? Our environment is currently running v11.3.1.1 server and clients.

I am using PDF: Extract Text action to extract text from editable pdf filled by user.When I use filled pdf to extract text it only extract labels from that pdf not values of that labels.I used PDF: extract ImageOCR: Capture image by pathLog to file But it is not extracting proper text from image.problems occurs in extract text of label having check boxes as values. what are best way to extract clean and as it is text from editable pdf/ image . We run most of our bots on RDP, to make sure bots start correctly we have a virtual machine that watches all our virtual machines during out of office hours. For some reason we get bots that struggle to click buttons when using recorder capture during these hours. Does anyone have a resolution for this?

I am using Run Script command to run a vb script. The script runs fine when executed directly but doesn't even execute the first line of the script when called from the Run Script Command. The script is for SAP GUI but this is not the only instance where this error comes up. I will attach the script for the reference. When using an Advanced Excel Open prompt in AA community, it does not open the Excel file. I am using the correct naming conventions involving csv and everything. Can someone tell me how to fix this?
