We can't access the client's control room (cloud) in their virtual machine because AA IP changes a lot, so every time it changes, we loose access. Is it possible to change the IP from dynamic to static? or to get a list of IPs where AA fluctuates?

    @Jean Luka Charnay Parra​ : you can get the list of IP address pinging and ask the Active Directory or clod team to allow the IP address lit . It will be around 15 - 20 IP's max
