Environment - Win 10, Excel ver "Microsoft® Excel® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2201 Build 16.0.14827.20216) 64-bit ", AA Ver "Automation 360 build 12342", Bot agent Ver "21.134" Issue - My bot is not able to hit a call VBA macro in xlsm file. The message it shows is “Cannot run the macro 'abc'. The macro may not be available in this workbook or all macros may be disabled.” Diagnosis : 1- Almost all excel security / permission including Trust Centre permutation combinations. 2 -Nothing at Event viewer logs.3 -Open Program file command is not very useful its just a work around.4 -Reinstalled AA bot agent 😞 ..5 - 2 calls with AA guys Conclusion: still facing same message + does win 10 need some additional patch for advance excel. OR AA need any add on. OR calling macro is a problem always.
Hello, I am triggering the bot through API, bot is running fine and getting completed if runner machine is open. However it is getting terminated if I disconnect the runner machine or minimise the window. Has anyone faced this issue/ has solution for this?Any help on this will be appreciated. Thanks!!
Not receiving password reset email when I tried changing it through control room. Is there any way out?
I can't seem to login to control room, the page keeps loading and loading. One time I was able to login, but when I went ahead to create a bot, it says unexpected error occurred, contact your administrator if the problem persists/

Hello, I have a .bat file that I need the bot to run but as administrator, as opposed to just straight opening the file (screen shot included of what I need). Is there a parameter I can use in the application: open program/file command that will do this?
