Hi, A360 Control Room Server machine Database is affected. Unable to access the Control Room. Can we retrieve bots from the Folders "C:\ProgramData\AutomationAnywhere" and "C:\Program Files\Automation Anywhere" or any other way?

It will help in debugging and resolving it properly

enter control room server machine and take backup of this folders

C:\Program Files\Automation Anywhere\Automation360

C:\ProgramData\AutomationAnywhere\Server Files

it will help you to get your data

May I know how it will help to get data. Please share the steps to retrieve bots.
