Master Certification shown on my profile but certificate not issued on Accredible

Hello everyone,

I recently passed the Automation Anywhere Certified Master RPA Professional exam. The certification already appears on my Automation Anywhere University profile, but I haven't received the certificate yet, and it's not available on Accredible. The expected waiting period for the certificate to be issued after passing the exam has already passed.

I've checked my inbox (including spam) for any email from Accredible, and I also searched for the credential directly on Accredible using my email, but nothing has shown up.

I have also sent emails to both the Support team and the Learning team, but I haven't received any response so far.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there another channel I should contact to get this resolved?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
