Did not reciev email for resubmition of the certification project

Hii, 

I submitted the pathfinder certification project at 10 September and after few days I got mail that the project did not meet the requirements so I did not get the certificate, so I want to know why my project could not meet requirements and what was the reason and how can I resubmit it by correcting the mistacke I previously made.

I did not recieve any resubmition email yet.
