Recorder>Capture does not work with DOMXPath

I am trying to get the Title text using XPATH //*[@class='dati1w0a qt6c0cv9 hv4rvrfc discj3wi']/div[1]/span[1]/text() from any Facebook MarketPlace Item (eg https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/588418675854056 but it does not return the Title text. Pasting it into the Google Chrome Console finds the exact text correctly. I have un-ticked all the other objects apart from DOMXPathCan you help?

Application : Open program/file doesn't work as if the argument is wrong

So i wanted to run a script with 2 arguments -url & -authentication. tested it manually in local cmdC:\Download\script.exe -url=”argument” -authentication=”argument” and it works, a file is downloaded through the script. so i just use the application: open program/file and put (-url=”argument” -authentication=”argument”) in the parameters, the bot suceed but there is no file downloaded.

Database queries taking time

I have nearly 3000 lines of data that is needed to be inserted into a Database every day. It is taking me nearly 3.5 hours to finish the bot. Is there any way I can do it faster? I am using Insert action within loop for worksheet as data to be entered is in excel. Please help as this is very urgent.

Running JavaScript on Web Elements Embedded in a Windows Application

HI,I have a Windows application that includes embedded web fields, and I need to run JavaScript to perform certain actions on these web elements. However, running JavaScript with a browser will only work with actual browsers. In my case, I need a solution to execute JavaScript directly on the web elements within the Windows application. How can I achieve this?Any suggestions or guidance would be Greatly appreciated. Note: Tried Capturing with all three technologies, but not working for many fields@Micah.Smith

the capture is taking too long

I am capturing an object in a web application. The capture is performed, for example, when I select an option from a dropdown list. The bot selects it, and I can see on the screen that the option has been chosen, but it takes between 5 to 10 seconds to move on, even though the option has already been selected. This also happens occasionally with buttons. I’ve already updated the packages

runtime issue in automation anywhere community control room

Hi Team, I am getting this error whenever i am try to run the bot “file=C:\Users\KAS1020\AppData\Local\AA\messaging\c5986c93-8c4c-4e6b-a737-1e3f32ac7f27_fa2f84b11b2bca32\request\metadata.cq4tIf the problem persists, please contact your system administrator.” This path doesn’t exist in my system and while installing i haven’t had selected this location as well.Could anyone please help me to resolve this issue?

Remote Desktop Session Issue

Hi All,I am facing an issue in my RDP where I am deploying the bot. The bot is using excel loop commands to compare data between two excel files because of which the RDP session is getting locked due to long time of inactivity.Need some help on how to mitigate this. Any script I can deploy or any changes I can make in RDP properties to prevent this from happening & keep the RDP session active.P.S. --- I am deploying the bot in unattended mode.

Excel Macro for application

Session name already used.

I have two task bots(A & B) running and scheduled at 9 AM and 3 PM. Both bots are using SAP. Bot A runs successfully but when Bot B runs. It give an error: "Session name already used. Enter a different session name and try again." Can anyone please help me what I am missing?

Can we delete multiple rows at once from AARI Form instead of deleting rows one by one?

 Is there a way to select multiple rows based on filters and delete the remaining rows in AARI forms, similar to how you would do in excel. For example in the image above , I want to search for the relevant items, select them and delete the rest of the rows. Is there a way to do this as selecting each row one by one and deleting them is time consuming

Working with tables

Hello guys, I am trying to create a table to write it to an excel file, i have two files: one txt and another csv and i am iterating through all the rows of these files. 1st question: how do i initialize a table? using assign table?2nd question; how do i add an element to this table? i would need to insert the value of a list (each row of these files) to the table or is there another approach?  any help would be great!!
