Why Changing the Version to Latest Version, recorder Option starts throwing error “Recorder has Experienced an internal error, please stop recording and try again” on my System also Going Back top old recorder, it is again Working Fine.

I just meet the problem, when I saw the error “Recorder has Experienced an internal error, please stop recording and try again”. I reload the Automation Anywhere Agent, and reboot the computer, it still not work. Finally I find an error sign at the right corner of Google Chrome page, it states my AA plugin met some error here, so I reload the plugin. Then everything good. I think problem might be the plugin. Hope the answer help you.

You can try few alternate solutions if you get this issue again as I got few times these solutions helped me:

1. Check and reload the AA Plugin in Chrome.

2. Clear Browser Cache and Data

3. Reinstall the AA Plugin

4. Update or Rollback to the Previous Version of the Plugin

5. Ensure Proper Browser and AA Version Compatibility

6. Check System and AA Agent
