Cannot delete device, as it is part of an active bot deployment, how reset Device via API

I am able to get the token using postman, but when i am using it, I am getting generic exception. Its very urgent, someone please help me.

You can try deleting the device by using the URL below

“Delete Community Edition Device (automationanywhere.com)”
