Hi,

Is possible to transfer certificates from one organization account to another.

@ardra are you referring automation anywhere course / university certificates or server side (https) certificates ?

Hi @ardra 

Send an email to learning@automationanywhere.com and provide your old email id and new email id for which you want to transfer your certificates they will help you.

Hi All, even I want to transfer my certificates from old org ID to my personal ID (AA account already created for personal mail ID), as suggested in this forum, I did mail the learning@automationanywhere team, but they suggested to download it from Accredible using old credentials. And unfortunately, they cannot take any transfer requests as per their policy.
