I paused the running bot and then unfortunately chrome window got closed . afterwards i tried to run another bot , it is showing below(screenshot) error pop up and in the "IN PROGRESS" section status showing as paused... how can i resolve this ???

Good Day!

 

Please try to restart the Bot Agent service in the bot runner machine and check the behavior.

 

If you are still facing a issue then please create support case

thank for responding , i re-installed bot agent , finally the issue was resolved ....
