Bot Agent error

An unusual error is occurring when I am trying to run my bot. I checked all log files, searched for error but no solution. I have installed A360 on my D drive.

I have re-installed both bot agent and A360 but error is still there. I have also downloaded SSL certificate of control room and imported it in .cert file as directed in below link.

I have checked for dependencies error, but no error found.
there is plenty of storage.

I have no proxy installed

what is the fix?

There are plenty of things can cause this issue and solution for each of them is different. Let me know if you are able to access the below Article or not.
