I'm trying the essentials certification and having trouble with the part where you need to generate the bot code to text. The link https://rpademo.automationanywhere.com/mcbe/is saying that my credentials are wrong but I use the right credentials (ctrl-c and ctrl-v in the control room work). I already tried the email

Can you change your password and give a try, instead of copy paste can you can try typing your password?
