Week 3 is where it gets real. This week, Certification Track campers stop learning about AI agents and start building them. Strategy to Action Track, you're taking an honest look at whether your team is ready to execute and making a plan to close any gaps.

Here’s your Camp Schedule:

🛠️ Certification Track: Access courses in University

Learning Path: Building and Evaluating AI Agents
There are 8 courses in this week’s learning path and you'll go end-to-end: translating a real business process into developer-ready requirements, building a fully functional multi-step agent with human-in-the-loop design, and then testing and evaluating it so you know it actually works.

💡 Strategy to Action Track: Access courses in Mission Control

Learning Path: Assess Talent Readiness
You've identified your use case. This week is about making sure your team can actually deliver it. You'll assess talent and project considerations, identify where the skill gaps are, and build a concrete plan to close them before you start building.

This week's activities (all linked in the Mission Control week 3 phase actions):

  • Watch the video on Assessing your team’s talent readiness
  • Complete the Self-Assessment Template
  • Complete Matrix Template
  • Complete Upskilling Action Plan Template
  • Complete Project Gap Template
  • Complete Roster Availability Template

Work through all six. Together they give you a clear picture of where your team stands and what needs to happen before your use case moves into production.

    Hi there,

For Building the HR Job Posting Agent there is an API bot “Post Job via API”, that has a REST Web Services action. One of the headers needs an “Authorization” value, which is described in the video as being in the sample pdf, but I don’t see it anywhere. Can you provide?

    Hi,

Question 1 (Open) - I was trying to follow up on the “Getting Started with Autonomous AI Agents” hands-on exercise. In there, while building the process, I was looking for the test team to be selected. But there are so many of them. Can anyone please guide which one you are using?

Question 2 (Resolved) - I was trying to run the Agent alone, but there as well I am getting failure for “Validate expense categories.” I have already corrected the Model for the AI skill. I have unit tested it as well, there it works fine. This is my 5th or 6th attempt to run it, but it keeps failing here.

Resolution - Update the AI Skill package of the API task.

Hi @Brandon 2266 , the API key is provided at the bottom of the lecture. You can use that. It works for me.

Select Role and leave it with AAE_Basic.

Because you are only running these in Private, the team/role options will never get used.

Hi @Matt.Stewart , I have also a problem with testing of an AI agent from the “Getting Started with Autonomous AI Agents” course. I have updated the AI Skill package in the API task but the same step still fails

I don’t understand the role-part in your post so can you please lead me through it.

Then I tried to execute an API task itself with the following input JSON string:

    ...and get this error:

The model I have been using in AI skill is AIAE - Skills. Tried with AIAE - Agents also, but it doesnt work
