Week 4 is where this program shifts from building individual pieces to connecting them into something that works at scale. Certification Track, you're orchestrating. Strategy to Action Track, you're making sure what gets built can run in your org.

🛠️ Certification Track

Learning Path: Agent Orchestration and Collaboration
You've built an agent. Now you're going to learn how to make multiple agents work together. This week covers the full orchestration stack — setting up human-agent collaboration, coordinating multi-agent workflows with the Mozart Orchestrator, and connecting your automations to external LLMs through MCP Agent Connections.
By the end of this week you'll be able to:

  • Set up Automation Co-Pilot for business users and deploy processes through custom forms
  • Use conversational automation to surface and trigger automations through plain language
  • Design and build multi-agent workflows using the Mozart Orchestrator, including data exchange and split-and-merge patterns
  • Explain how MCP enables AI agents to securely discover and invoke automations
  • Configure MCP Agent Connections to allow LLMs to use your automations as tools
  • Apply advanced solution pattern modeling to architect end-to-end agentic solutions

💡Strategy to Action Track

Learning Path: Engaging Stakeholders

You've been planning from the inside out. This week, you flip the lens. Engaging stakeholders isn't just about getting buy-in, it's about understanding how your automation program is perceived, where the gaps are between your intent and their reality, and what it takes to get them bought in.

By the end of this week you'll be able to:

  • Gather stakeholder perspectives to understand how your program is perceived from the outside in
  • Identify the gaps between internal intent and external perception through structured reconciliation
  • Build an action plan that bridges those gaps and keeps stakeholders engaged over time
  • Apply a repeatable framework for ongoing stakeholder alignment as your program scales
